Empowered Yoga

Since 2010, I have had the privilege of teaching in various settings, including studios, corporate and government sectors, schools and with private clients. My classes are gentle, rhythmic, and thoughtfully sequenced to help students open up, connect with their bodies and gain self-understanding. My aim is to empower my students to become self-reliant, fostering a deeper connection with themselves and their inner strength, so they can flourish and live their purposeful lives.

Mindful Flow

For more than a decade, I have passionately immersed myself in the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. I am blessed to have been taught by one of the finest teachers, Dr. Ramesh Bijlani, a renowned medical doctor, writer, scientist and living yogi committed to human welfare.

I firmly believe that yoga is a powerful tool in mind-body medicine. Through inner work, mindfulness, and a conscious lifestyle, we can enhance the healing process of many illnesses. Self-healing is possible, and a yogic lifestyle guides us in creating the right conditions. This includes incorporating physical culture through yoga exercises, diet, and sleep, utilizing meditation for self-reflection and stress management, and adopting a yogic attitude in all aspects of life, resulting in self-healing.

Holistic Harmony

As the founder of Preetiyog, an Integral Wellness Studio in New Delhi, I successfully created a nurturing space for individuals, youth, and children. Preetiyog became a close-knit community of like-minded individuals seeking a deeper connection with themselves and a better way of living. In addition to yoga classes incorporating asanas and pranayama for physical well-being, we explored meditation to calm the mind and utilized various art forms as expressions of emotions, integrating the mind, body, and soul.

I organized sessions and workshops on mindfulness, conscious living, integral healing, and yoga in everyday life, providing opportunities for groups to deepen their understanding of themselves and life. My work reflects my personal journey of living a life of yogic poise and attitude, continuously making sincere efforts to improve ourselves and live with purpose.
